Peeling apples with a power drill.

Apple Peeling Like A Boss

It happened AGAIN. You went apple-picking and picked way too many apples. You’re now stuck with 40 more apples than you really need. Here’s how to peel them all in about 5 minutes with a power drill when you figure out what to do with them.

Discounts on AmazonWhat you’ll need (besides apples):

  • A medium-largeĀ spade bit
  • A power drill
  • A veggie peeler

The technique:

After rinsing your apples and the spade bit, makeĀ sure your power drill is charged, then secure the spade bit iton your drill.

Grab an apple and shove the stem side into the spade.

Turn on the power drill and bring the veggie peeler to the skin of the apple.

You’ll want to go slow at first to get the hang of it, but after an apple or two you’ll never go back to peeling this many apples the “traditional way” again.
